1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to YallaStarter ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any services offered by YallaStarter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To use YallaStarter you must:

Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
Not have a previously suspended or terminated YallaStarter account

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

3Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Update your information as necessary to keep it accurate
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Not share your password or allow anyone else to access your account
Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions

                 Important:
                YallaStarter will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you receive such a request, please
                report it immediately to our security team.
            

4Project Guidelines

As a project creator on YallaStarter, you agree to the following:

All information provided about your project must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading
Projects must have a defined goal, timeline, and genuine intent to deliver on promises made to backers
You must have the rights to any content (images, videos, text) you upload to your project page
Funds raised must be used solely for the stated project purposes
You must provide regular updates to your backers throughout the campaign
Projects are subject to review and approval by YallaStarter before going live
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any project that violates these Terms

YallaStarter is a platform that facilitates crowdfunding — we do not guarantee the success of any project, and we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of project creators.

5Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on YallaStarter. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

Illegal activities of any kind, including fraud, money laundering, or financing illegal operations

Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material of any nature

Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or disability

Violence, threats, harassment, or content that promotes harm to people or animals

Weapons, drugs, controlled substances, or paraphernalia

Intellectual property infringement — unauthorized use of copyrights, trademarks, or patents

Gambling, lotteries, or projects with unclear financial structures resembling pyramid schemes

Projects that violate Saudi Arabian law, Islamic values, or local regulations

Impersonation of any individual, company, or organization

Spam, unsolicited communications, or automated bots on the platform

Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform services

Collecting personal data of other users without consent

6Fees & Payments

YallaStarter charges a platform fee on successfully funded projects. By submitting a project, you agree to our fee structure:

Platform fees are deducted from successfully raised funds
Payment processing fees may apply and will be disclosed at checkout
Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed
YallaStarter uses a virtual coins (YS Coins) system for transactions — coins are at-platform currency and are subject to conversion terms
Cashout requests are subject to minimum thresholds and review timelines

                If a project fails to reach its funding goal, backers may be entitled to refunds depending on the
                campaign type. See our Help Center for details.
            

7Intellectual Property

All content on the YallaStarter platform, including logos, branding, software, and design, is owned by YallaStarter and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By uploading content to our platform, you grant YallaStarter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content for platform purposes (e.g., featuring your project on the homepage).

You retain ownership of all original content you create. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any third-party content you use.

8Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using YallaStarter, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

9Termination

YallaStarter reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice, for any of the following reasons:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
Actions that harm users, backers, or the platform
Legal obligations requiring us to do so

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding obligations (e.g., delivering on funded projects) remain in effect.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YallaStarter shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
Actions or omissions of project creators or backers
Technical failures, downtime, or data loss
Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence

YallaStarter's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to YallaStarter in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
